Queen's wreath (Petrea volubilis)

Queen’s wreath is a vigorous, evergreen vine boasting rough, elliptical dark green leaves  It catches the eye with cascading racemes of tubular blue flowers, roughly which bloom several times a year. These flowers are ephemeral, but the bluish-purple calyces that follow last longer, offering a striking contrast against the foliage, eventually fading to a pale gray.
