Alocasia Scalprum is a unique alocasia with its long arrow-shaped, dark green foliage that can almost resemble black in color with intricate veining. Alocasia plants do best in warmer temperatures and high humidity. They are great for adding color and texture in landscapes and containers. Keep evenly moist and fertilize monthly during the growing season. Provide with lots of bright light but avoid direct sunlight, especially from the scorching afternoon sun in summer. Repotting: Repot the received plant in 7 inch pot with good soil media after the plant put out new leaf at your place after receiving.
Soil Media: 60% Potting Soil + 30 % Organic manure/Vermicompost + 5 % charcoal chips + 5 % perlite.
Watering: Only after Soil dries completely (dont keep the wet for long time).
Placement: Indoor in medium to low light with Good natural Air Circulation / Ventilation.
