Curly Wurly Corkscrew Rush is a grass-like wetland perennial with distinctive spiraling cylindrical non-jointed stems that are loosely spiraled and spread in every direction. The flowers and seedpods are inconspicuous. Best in full sun and moist to wet well-drained soils. Though it looks coarse, the stems are soft to the touch. Has excellent deer resistance.
