New leaves emerge bright gold and mature to a peachy orange. The soft but showy color adds warmth and contrast to mixed containers and woodland borders, ‘Caramel’ is a colourful cultivar with rounded, lobed leaves. These emerge in shades of pale red and apricot in spring, becoming a golden caramel as they mature. Dainty, pale pink flowers are borne in panicles in summer.
