Scindapsus pictus ‘Silver Splash’ has some of the most beautifully variegated leaves we’ve ever come across. It’s as if someone dipped a paintbrush in silver and added delicate, feathery brushstrokes on a background of bright bluish green. This Scindapsus pictus cultivar has similarly-sized leaves to its close relative, ‘Exotica’, and indeed, some of its leaves are likewise marked by more silver than others – it’s possible to find a stem of ‘Exotica’ tucked in among the ‘Silver Splash’. Eventually growing long, cascading vines, this plant is simple enough for the beginner, and rare enough for the collector.
