Cannon-ball Tree

Botanically known as Couroupita guianensis, Leaves are oblong, obovate, elliptic, or broadly lanceolate. Flowers are showy, fragrant, fleshy, red or rosy purple. Fruits of this plant are spherical, giving the common name Cannonball tree.
